The Challenge & The Solution

Tri-State Bandits plans to start a 14U baseball league located in Sullivan County, New York. The goal is to have the website up and running in August, and for the league to start playing games in September. The website will have a responsive design that will function on all devices with a modern, hi-def look, and a well-organized and functional structure. The site will be designed and developed to be search-engine friendly.

I’ve broken this project out into three phases, and welcome your input on any adjustments to this plan.

PHASE 1: Immediate Landing Page with Calendar showing sign-up, game, and practice schedules, Sign-up page; About Us page; Social Media links

PHASE 2: Add to Landing Page with possible sponsors; helpful information; marketing content; Add linked pages as needed (such as medical-release and uniform-order forms).

PHASE 3: Once the league is established, add Game Results, Standings, Player Portal, and other pages as needed.
